John Hardy delivers a sterling silver men's cross necklace accented with a style known as the Jawan technique - an artisanal practice that requires great care and mastery.
The Jawan technique is an ancient Balinese motif found in the decoration of sacred objects, such as the holy vessel used by priests in temple ceremonies.
To create the Jawan texture of this men's cross necklace, tiny round balls of precious metal are hand-soldered in a unique pattern. The small dots shine in contrast against a black oxidized backdrop.
Pendant: 1 7/16 inches long and 3/4 inch wide.
Chain: 20 inches long and 1/16 inch thick (1.6mm).
As all John Hardy products are handmade, the measurements may vary slightly.
Material: 925 Sterling Silver.
