DRACO WOLF'S CLAW Medium Width Necklace Chain by Bico Australia. This medium width silver chain features a cascade of tear drop shaped links ending with an expertly carved draco wolf head on each end. The mouth of the brushed silver draco wolf head opens and closes, acting as the necklace clasp.

With the head of a wolf and the body of a Dragon, the Draco was a powerful symbol adopted by the ancient armies of Rome. When riding to war the soldiers would lift a large ornate wolf's head, with long strips of fabric as the serpent body. As they charged into battle the wind would whip the fabric around like a giant serpent, creating a frightening howl that brought the Draco to life and terrified their enemies.

Its width of 3/16 inch looks distinctive on its own, or looks great when paired with a pendant. Silver-plated with a brass core for strength and an invisible protective coating to retain the finish. Individually hand polished. Color is real silver.

Comes in lengths of 18, 20, or 22 inches. Note that your pendant hangs from the connecting loop and will therefore hang below the arch of the necklace.

ABOUT ATTACHING YOUR PENDANT: The metal loop at the bottom of the chain opens and closes to attach your pendant. To open the loop, gently twist the two ends of the loop. Only use a twisting motion; never pull the loop ends apart. To close, gently twist the ends back together.
