Pre-order items are pieces that you order now online and our designers will build for you. These items won’t ship for several weeks. The estimated delivery time is listed right on the product page. Occasionally, we do receive items from the designer faster than the estimated timeframe.
To order a pre-order item, click the large red “pre-order” button to add the item to your cart, and check out as you normally would. We will confirm your order by email or text, and we will notify you again when your order is about to ship. If you have any questions about pre-order items, please give us a call at 323-856-8700.
Availability varies tremendously by designer. We provided a useful link to set up a notification for the out of stock item, and we’ll then send you an email when it’s back in stock. All you need to do is go to the page the product is on and select “Follow this item” (it’s in somewhat small type, so look carefully) to set this up. Often, only a few pieces will be added to the site while many people are interested in the piece. So when you receive the email, be sure to act quickly!

We are able to get custom sizing built by several of our designers. Those designers are John Varvatos, Konstantino, King Baby, William Henry, Keith Jack, Triton, Ecks, and John Hardy. Each designer requires a different amount of time to build a custom size. Since these sizes aren't available on the site, we would need to place your custom order over the phone. Yes. The designers we carry offer some items that are not listed on our site, including women's jewelry. We are able to get these items for you. We are shipping your orders Monday through Saturday. Your jewelry will ship the day after you place your order, except for Sundays and holidays. We will send tracking information to you when your order is packed. Our regular First Class Mail shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive after your order ships. You can view our Shipping Rates and Times on our Shipping Page.
We ship packages via United States Postal Service unless you select FedEx at checkout. Be sure to double check your mailbox and with anyone else at your address that has access to the mailbox, and even with a neighbor who may have accepted your package for you. If you are still unable to locate the package, send an email to email@example.com that contains your name, order number, and shipping address so we can confirm that we have the correct address on file. We will then reach out to you with next steps.
If you complete checkout with an incorrect shipping address, you will want to let us know right away. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and the correct address.
If you place an order with us that contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, we will ship the available items to you right away. We will then ship the pre-order items to you once they have been made for you.
The only exception will be for a necklace order that contains a pendant and a chain. If either the pendant or the chain is not available, we will hold onto one of your items until we receive the other one and will ship them to you as a complete necklace.
We are happy to make exceptions to the above policies upon request. Simply contact us as soon as possible to let us know.

Due to Covid-19, many of our carriers are experiencing delays. To provide you with as many options as possible, we offer several USPS, FedEx and UPS options, so that you are able to select your preferred carrier. We will ship your order using the method you select at checkout.

We offer a 60 day return and exchange policy, so long as the item is in new and unused condition. We will ship your items with a form in case you need to send anything back to us. Once we receive your return, usually 3-5 business days after you mail it to us, we will require a few more business days to process it. We will email or text you to confirm your return has been processed. Please wait 10 business days after you mail your return to contact us if you haven’t received confirmation from us.
We completely understand if you are unable to leave you home. Please email us at email@example.com or give us a call at 323-856-8700 to let us know. We will create a return shipping label that you can print out and use to return your items to us. Your normal post person can pick this up from you.
We offer styles that are 7 to 10 inches and some that are adjustable, as well. We also carry some designers that will customize the length of their bracelets for us. The most common sizes that we carry are 8 to 8.5 inches.
To determine the size that would work best for you, measure your wrist, in inches. You should add a half inch to an inch to your wrist measurement to determine the size you will need. Looser bracelets that will conform to your wrist would require half an inch added to your wrist measurement. More structured bracelets that will retain their shape would require a full inch added to the wrist measurement.
We offer necklaces measuring from 15 to 33 inches and some that are adjustable, as well. We also carry some designers that will customize the length of their necklaces for us. The most common sizes are 20 to 24 inches.
To determine the size that would work best for you, take a length of string or a tape measure, and find a length that feels comfortable. You can then measure the length of string to determine what would feel best. Most sizes that we offer are even numbers. The length of necklace needed is largely a matter of preference.

Please use the complementary polishing cloth that is included with your item. Polish your jewelry using the treated white inner cloth to gently remove tarnish and dirt from your piece. Buff to a high luster using the outer cloth. This will restore the original brilliance to your jewelry. Avoid using this cloth on stone detailing.
Please do not expose your leather items to water. This will cause the leather to become saturated. Once it dries, it will cause the leather crack and become aged faster than with normal wear. You may use a leather conditioner, but it is not recommended.
Chemicals used in traditional jewelry cleaning methods must not be used when cleaning your jewelry. We recommend gently rinsing your items in warm water and drying with a soft cloth. In general, sensible care will ensure a long life for your pieces. Direct exposure to colognes, aftershaves, pool products and excess sweat can affect the coating and plating of your items.
We do not recommend swimming or bathing with your jewelry, as this will speed up the aging process and tarnishing of your items. If you do wear your jewelry at all times, we recommend our Stainless Steel jewelry as it is virtually indestructible.

We offer collections of bracelets called Stack bracelets. Each set will contain 2 or 3 of our most popular styles.
All stack bracelets will measure between 8 and 8.5 inches, our most common sizes.
These bracelets have separate clasps, which provides you with more styling options. You are able to split up the bracelets and wear them on different wrists and select the positioning that works best for you.
Some of our stack bracelets will contain "multi-strand bracelets" that do appear to be several bracelets that are connected by one clasp. This will only be one of the bracelets in the set, however.
