WHAT IS BICO AUSTRALIA JEWELRY MADE OF?
In keeping with its international reputation for high quality products, Bico Australia assures that its jewelry is made with materials of the highest standards.
All Bico Australia jewelry is guaranteed to be free of nickel and lead.
Most Bico Australia pendants are made of hand polished silver over a core of fine grade pewter. All Bico pendants have a unique invisible coating which retains their finish.
Bico Australia pendants that have item numbers beginning with BT and BTS are made with resin and pewter which has been hand polished to a high gloss.
Bico Australia chains are made from hand polished and brushed silver over a brass core.
All crystals used in the design of Bico Australia pendants are authentic Swarovski Crystals.
All wood used in the design of Bico Australia pendants is New Guinea Rosewood. Rosewood is known for its durability and its beauty.
Bico Australia jewelry is stamped with the original Bico logo. It is a mark that guarantees quality and fine craftsmanship.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BICO AUSTRALIA JEWELRY?
Chemicals used in traditional jewelry cleaning methods must not be used when cleaning your Bico jewelry. Bico recommends gently rinsing your items in warm water and drying with a soft cloth. In general, sensible care will ensure a long life for your Bico pieces. Direct exposure to colognes and aftershave, pool products and excess sweat can affect the coating and plating of your items. Furthermore, pendants and chains should be rinsed and dried after you wear them in the ocean.
WHO DESIGNS THE DYNOMIGHTY MAGNETIC JEWELRY?
The artist and designer is Terrence Kelleman from New York City.
WHAT IS THE MAGNETIC JEWELRY MADE OF? WHAT IS IT COATED WITH?
The composite composition of these magnets is NdFeB with Neodymium, Iron and Boron and coated with the strongest nickel coating you can get for Rare Earth Magnets.
People who are allergic to nickel should avoid wearing this magnetic jewelry, since they may experience skin irritation.
DO I NEED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
No. As long as the item that you are returning or exchanging is in new condition, you may return it or exchange it without a return authorization. We just ask that you include a note with your return or exchange that tells us whether you would like a refund or that tells us which item you would like for us to send in exchange. Please wrap your items carefully before mailing them to us. You can even reuse our packing materials.

TRIBAL Hollywood will exchange defective items up to 60 days after the date of purchase.
We will send you a replacement item free of charge.
To exchange your item please send your carefully packaged item to the above address and include the following:

Proof of your purchase. A copy of your receipt OR a copy of your on-line payment confirmation is acceptable.
2)
A note that states what the defect is.
3)
Your phone number and email address so that we may contact you if necessary.
4)
The name and address to which we should send the replacement item.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE A BICO OR MAGNETIC JEWELRY ITEM WITH A DEFECT?

TRIBAL Hollywood will accept exchanges of items in new condition for up to 60 days after the date of purchase.
If the replacement item is more expensive than the one you send us, your credit card will be charged the difference.
The item must be returned to us in NEW condition to the above address.
Please package the item carefully for mailing and include the following:
1) Proof of your purchase. A copy of your receipt OR a copy of your on-line payment confirmation is acceptable.
2) A note stating which item you would like us to send to you as a replacement. Make sure to include the SIZE and COLOR when applicable.
3) Your phone number and email address so that we may contact you if necessary.
4) The name and address to which we should send the replacement item.
TRIBAL Hollywood will pay for the postage required to send your new jewelry to you!
WHAT IS THE POLICY FOR EXCHANGING OR RETURNING ED HARDY WATCHES?
Ed Hardy Watches that are exchanged or returned must be in NEW CONDITION with all tags and packaging in-tact.
We regret that we can not exchange or give refunds for watches that are not in NEW condition.
Ed Hardy Watches must be returned within 60 days of purchase. To exchange your watch please carefully package it for mailing and send it to the above address and include the following:
1) Proof of your purchase. A copy of your receipt OR a copy of your on-line payment confirmation is acceptable.
2) A note stating the watch you would like us to send to you as a replacement.
3) Your phone number and email address so that we may contact you if necessary.
4) The name and address to which we should send the replacement item.
WHAT IF MY ED HARDY WATCH NEEDS REPAIR?
Ed Hardy watches come with a 24 month guarantee. Please follow the directions in the “Guarantee & Instruction Booklet” that came with your watch.
As TRIBAL Hollywood is not equipped to repair watches, please DO NOT send your watch to TRIBAL Hollywood.
Please send it directly to the Ed Hardy Watches Service Center.
